Scheduling Your Flu Shot

Update 9-14-20:

We do not have high dose flu vaccine (65 years+) at this time.

Please check back closer to October, otherwise standard doses are available.   

Steps to schedule a flu shot

  1. View the COVID-19 Screening Questions below, if you answer yes to any of these, please DO NOT schedule an appointment at this time. 

    • Have you been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?

    • Have you exhibited any of the following symptoms in the past week:

      • Fever​

      • Chills

      • Shortness of breath

      • New loss of smell and/or taste 

      • Congestion or cough 

    • Are you ill, or caring for someone who is ill? 

  2. If you answered no to the above questions, schedule your flu shot appointment using Calendly platform below, and answer a few questions to help us better serve you.

  3. Fill out vaccination screening form linked below. Print and bring to the pharmacy on your scheduled appointment time.

Important information for the day of your immunization

Upon arrival at the pharmacy, park in a normal parking space within the plaza. DO NOT park in a curbside spot.

You may approach the pharmacy at your scheduled appointment time and wait outside in the designated area for an employee to check you in. 

 

Remember to wear a short sleeve shirt to allow easy access to your upper arm.

 

You must be properly wearing a cloth or surgical mask (NO bandannas) in order to receive your shot.

 

Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
